In This Section

In this section, you will be able to create a case type, or edit/delete case types already there.

List Types

From here you can see the type details and where they are used.

Create Type (includes Editing)

Case Type
Enter a brief type name.

Use for Cases
Set to "Green" to use it for cases.

Use for Case Events
Set to "Green" to use it for case events.

Default when Creating a Quick Case
Set to "Green" to use as the default when creating cases.

Action
This is where the Blue Edit Button and the Red Delete Button are to edit/delete.

Delete Type

This will delete the case type.
