In This Section

This section will show you the status of all the automated schedules, that are running in the background of Spitfire.

Name

This is the name / brief description of the schedule.

Active (Statuses Available)

Test Mode
This means the schedule is in Test Mode. Usually, this is if Support is looking into the schedule for you, or it's a new schedule currently being tested on your system.

Yes - This means the schedule is active.

No - This means the schedule is not active.

During Next Order Release (Only applicable to "Release Trade Orders)
This means Trade Orders will be released on the next Order Release.

Not Scheduled For Release (Only applicable to "Release Trade Orders)
This means Trade Orders will not be released on the next Order Release.

Next Schedule (Statuses Available)

Disabled
This means the schedule is disabled. If you believe this is incorrect, please contact Support.

Running Now
This means the schedule is currently running.

Real-time
This means the schedule is constantly running and in real-time.

Date/Time (Blue)
This means the schedule is due to run in the future.

Date/Time (Red)
This means the schedule was due to run at that particular time but hasn't run yet. There are several reasons this could occur, so please give it a few minutes and contact Support if you have any concerns.

Force a Print
This forces an automatic print, of all non-printed Delivery Notes.

Force a Release and Print
This forces an automatic, release of orders and an automatic print afterwards. (this will not display if Purchasing is currently running)

Force Import
This forces an automatic import of all orders from the sites which are setup.

Force Uplift
This forces an automatic re-price of all stock records. (this will not run if a Supplier Feed is currently running)

Last Message

For information purposes, this field will display the last message from the schedule to see what stage it is at.
