To respond to a Case go to Cases then Case Monitor. Select the Case you wish to respond to.
Click on the Case Number.
This will show any details that have been entered into the Case by the customer/staff.
To respond to a Case enter your response into the Details box in the Create Event box or choose a pre-filled response from the drop-down box.
Private Note - If you want to add a private note to the Case, set Private Note to green.
