Once you have selected all of the filtered options if you want to narrow down your search, press the Green Filter Orderboard button under the options on the far right of the screen.
Once the Orderboard has loaded, there is a Search box on the far right of the screen, above the Orderboard that you can also use to search for anything in particular that you are looking for.

When you look at the Orderboard, there are a lot of sections that provide you with lots of information, various sections are also clickable.
===Order Date===
This is when the customer placed the order.
===Parent Job No===
This is the Parent Job Card of all Job Cards below it.
===Job Card===
This is the Job Card Number that is automatically generated by the back office system, when the order has been placed.
You can also click on this to view in PDF form and view the Job Details.
===Customer===
This states the name of the customer, which you can also click on to take you to the Customers Account.
===PO Reference===
This is the order number for the customers order. You can also click on this and it will take you to their order.
===Your SKU===
This details your SKU, which is clickable and gives you a drop down to either Edit Stock Record or Warehouse Lookup.
===Customer SKU===
This details your customers SKU.
===Description===
This is a description of the items on each order.
===Machine===
This details each Machine.
===Material===
This details what Material is used for the order. If it says Not Set, that means Material isn't needed, as it requires a screw, bolt etc. If there is a Material there, if it is Green, then it is all good to be made. If it is Orange, then it means there is an issue (for example there isn't enough stock of the material to complete the order), always scroll over to the Issues section and that will be able to tell you what is wrong with that particular order and Material.
===Stock===
This means how much Stock is in the Warehouse/Factory at that time.
===Colour===
This depends on what colour has been set on the Stock Record when it was created, as it brings the information over from the Stock Record to the Orderboard.
===Ordered Quantity===
This is how many the customer has ordered on the latest Order.
===To Deliver===
This tells you how many are left To Deliver to the customer.
===Produced Quantity===
This tells you how many of this item has been produced already.
===To Manufacture===
This tells you how many of this item is left to Manufacture.
===Production Time===
This tells you how long it takes to produce the items on the order.
===Outstanding Value===
This tells you how much in Value is still outstanding for each order.
===Total Value===
This explains how much each order in Value.
===Date Required===
This is when the customer has required the order to be delivered to them by.
===Date Promised===
This is the date you have prmised the customer you will deliver it by.
===Export to InTouch===
You click the Blue Export to InTouch button to export over. Once it has been exported over, you will get a message in place of the blue button stating Exported 2025-11-10 17:00:00 (date and time it was done).
===This Delivery===
If there is Stock available on the order, a box will appear to enter a Quantity you wish to ship. Once the number has been entered in the box, at the bottom of the orderboard you can then Create Delivery with the Delivery options at the bottom.
===Job Card Status===
This details the current status of the Job Card that is allocated to each order. It will either say Outstanding, Complete.
===Override Colour===
This is where you can override the colour on the drop down. Once you select the colour, scroll down to the '''Update Dates / Colours''' button and once you press it, it will then refresh and update.
===Issues===
This will detail if there is any outstanding issues with each order. It could say '''No Issues''', '''Insufficient Items''', '''No Material Set'''. So depending on what the problem is with the order, the relevant team member can investigate this further.

This is a drop down where you can select whether to '''Close Line''', '''Edit Order''', '''Complete Job Card'''.

This details if this is a Product, Second Ops, Sub-Contracted Finished Product and any other Stock Type that is set in the system.

This is where you can select the Font size you would like on the Orderboard when viewing it.
===Print options===
This allows you to select if you want to Print Landscape or Portrait, but it will default to Landscape, unless it is manually changed.
===InTouch Export===
This allows you to export over to InTouch.
===View Orderboard===
This will open up the Orderboard in a PDF version.
===Print Stock List===
This will open the Stock List in another window to allow you the ability to save it and print it.

This will open the Tool List in another window to allow you the ability to save it and print it.

In This Section

This will tell you the list of jobs that are being done or need to be done in Full Screen.

The Orderboard is Genisys System's Production Planner.

Filter by Date Required (From): To:

This means you can filter by the date that the customer has required their order by.

Filter by Date Promised (From): To:

This means you can filter by the date that the customer has been promised their order by.

Show Insufficient Stock Only: (tick box)

This allows you to show the Jobs that the system believes there is not enough stock for that particular Job.
