Campaigns

List Campaigns

The default listing is all of the available campaigns and their various options / statistics.

Create New Campaign (and Edit existing)

Details Tab

Campaign Name
This is the campaign name used internally.
Marketing Group
Select the appropriate marketing group to be targeted for this campaign.
Draft Campaign
Leave this as "Red" right up until the point you're ready for it to be sent, as no further changes will then take effect.
Email Subject
Email subject used for the marketing campaign.

Editor Tab

This tab is best viewed in full-screen and allows you to create / edit the email being sent.

Schedule Tab

Send At
Specify a Date/Time in the format of yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss to send the campaign at. The system will start sending it from within 5 minutes after this time.
Auto Re-Send Email
Make this option "Green" to automatically resend this campaign to those who haven't opened it.
Auto Re-Send Email Subject
Email subject used for the re-sending of the marketing campaign.
Auto Re-Send At
Specify a Date/Time in the format of yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss to re-send the campaign at. The system will start sending it from within 5 minutes after this time.

Copy Campaign

This option will copy the entire campaign to a new one called "Copy of {campaign name}" to allow you to modify it.

Delete Campaign

If this option is available, it will allow you to delete the relevant campaign.
