In This Section

This will tell you the list of jobs that are being done or need to be done.

The Orderboard is Spitfires Production Planner.

View Orderboard

The default view is a list of all non-complete jobs within the system. From here you can also specify the following options:

This Delivery

Here you can enter a delivery quantity against this line, then use the "Create Deliveries" button at the bottom of the screen.

Edit (E button)

This option takes you to the customer's order to view/edit it.

Cancel (X button)

This option cancels the job card and the relevant order line associated with it.

Complete (C button)

This option completes the job card and the relevant order line associated with it.

Export Orderboard

This option will download a CSV file of the current Orderboard to manipulate within Microsoft Excel.

View Stock List

This option will download a PDF file of the current Stock List.

View Tool List

This option will download a PDF file of the current Tool List.

Create Deliveries

This option will combine all of the above delivery quantities and create one delivery per customer from the selection.

Print Orderboard

With the options from the left (Font and Orientation), this will send the Orderboard to the relevant printer (if setup within the system).

Print Stock List

With the options from the left (Font and Orientation), this will send the Stock List to the relevant printer (if setup within the system).

Print Tool List

With the options from the left (Font and Orientation), this will send the Tool List to the relevant printer (if setup within the system).
