Supplier Feed Maintenance
This page will cover how to create new and view, edit and delete existing feed maintenance.
Create New Supplier Feed
To create a new supplier feed press the button, at the top of the page.
Main Details
Under the heading a list of details will appear.
Supplier
Select the appropriate supplier from the drop-down menu.
Active
For Yes select Green or for No select Red.
File Layout
Select the appropriate file layout from the drop-down menu.
EDI Type
Enter here the appropriate EDI type from the drop-down menu.
Supplier Type
Enter here the appropriate supplier type. Please ask support for details.
FTP Details
Under the heading a list of details will appear.
Username
Enter here an appropriate username for the new supplier feed.
Password
Enter here an appropriate password for the new supplier feed.
Port
Enter here the port details for the new supplier feed. Default is 21.
Hostname
Enter here the hostname of the the new supplier feed.
FTP Directory
Enter here the FTP directory of the new supplier feed.
Local Directory
Enter here the local directory of the new supplier feed.
File Starts With
Enter here the file starts with details of the new suppliers.
File Ends With
Enter here the file ends with details of the new suppliers.
File Details
Under the heading a list of details will appear.
One File Only
Not multiple files
For Yes select Green or for No select Red.
File Contains Pricing
For Yes select Green or for No select Red.
File Contains Stock Levels
For Yes select Green or for No select Red.
File Type
Select the appropriate file type for the new supplier feed, from the drop-down menu.
Local Directory After Processing
Enter here the local directory after processing details for the new supplier feed.
Map Type
Enter here the map type details for the new supplier feed.
File Required Unzipping
For Yes select Green or for No select Red.
Unzip File To
Enter here the unzip file to details for the new supplier feed.
File To Use From Zip Archive
Enter here the file to use from zip archive details for the new stock file.
Information
Under the heading a list of details will appear.
Import In Progress
For Yes select Green or for No select Red.
Last Attempt
This will display the last attempt of the import.
File Timestamp
This will display the file timestamp.
Last Message
This will display the last message.
FTP In Progress
For Yes select Green or for No select Red.
FTP Last Attempt
This will display the FTP last attempt.
FTP Last Message
This will display the FTP last message.
Once details have been correctly input press the button to save changes.
Existing Supplier Feed
All existing supplier feeds will be displayed in the Feed Maintenance section.
The following details of existing supplier feeds will be displayed: Supplier, Feed Layout, File Type, EDI Type, Last Import date, Last Download date and Actions.
Edit
Press the button to edit existing supplier feed details.
Main Details
Under the heading a list of details will appear.
Supplier
Update the supplier details here by selecting the appropriate option from the drop-down menu.
Active
Update the active status details here. For Yes select Green or for No select Red.
File Layout
Update the file layout details selecting the appropriate option from the drop-down menu.
EDI Type
Update the EDI type details by selecting the appropriate option from the drop-down menu.
Supplier Type
Update the supplier type details here. Please ask support for details.
FTP Details
Under the heading a list of details will appear.
Username
Update the username details here.
Password
Update the password details here.
Port
Update the port details here. The default is 21.
Hostname
Update the hostname details here.
FTP Directory
Update the FTP directory details here.
Local Directory
Update the local directory details here.
File Starts With
Update the file starts with details here.
File Ends With
Update the file ends with details here.
File Details

One File Only
Not Multiple Files.
Update one file only details here. For Yes select Green or for No select Red.

File Contains Stock Levels

File Type
Update the file type details here, by electing the appropriate option from the drop-down menu.
Local Directory After Processing

Map Type

Update the file required unzipping details here. For Yes select Green or for No select Red.
Unzip File To
Update the unzip file to details here.
File To Use From Zip Archive
Update the file to use from zip archive details here.
Information
Under the heading a list of details will appear.
Import In Progress
Update the import in progress details here. For Yes select Green or for No select Red.
Last Attempt
This will display the last attempt date and time. This will be displayed in the format of YYYY-MM-DD HH:SS:MM.
File Timestamp
This will display the file timestamp, in the format of YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS.
Last Message
This will display the last message associated with the supplier feed.
FTP In Progress
Update the FTP in progress details here. For Yes select Green or for No select Red.
FTP Last Attempt
This will display the time and date that the last attempt was made.
FTP Last Message
This will display the last message associated with the FTP.
Once details have been correctly modified press the button to save changes.
Delete
Press the button to delete a supplier feed. Use with caution.
