The VAT Rates section has the following options available.
Note: The acronym "VAT" will change dependant upon what is currently setup on your system (e.g. GST).
List VAT Rates
This shows all of the current VAT Rates Setup.
Create / Edit VAT Rate
Use this option to create or edit VAT rates, the following options will be available: Description
- This is used through the system to explain the rate - e.g. "Standard"
VAT Rate
- Numeric to 2 decimal places.
Sage Code
- As Required, check with Support if you are unsure.
'Quickbooks Code
- As Required, check with Support if you are unsure.
Magento2 Code
- As Required, check with Support if you are unsure.
EC VAT Code
- Use this option to apply this rate to customers who set as "EC Customers".
Active
- Green for Active, Red for Inactive.
Default Rate
- Green for Default, Red for Not Default.
Exempt Rate
- Option to set this rate as the "Exempt" Rate.
Delete VAT Rate
Use this option to permanently delete a VAT Rate. This cannot be reversed and all of your stock records will be reset!
