Search the Customers Company or Contact Name here.
Search by Order No
Search by Order Number if you do not know (or cannot find) the customer.
Case Title / Subject
A very brief overview of the Case/NCR used for emails/etc.
Details of Issue
A brief (or detailed if you prefer) overview of the Case/NCR being created.
Priority
Set the priority of the Case/NCR here.
Send Customer Initial Case Report
Set this to green to send the customer the case report once you have created it.
