This section allows you to see the latest batches which have been sent to the printer automatically.

In this section you will be able yo edit and create additional labels.

Filter by Date
Here you can filter by a particular date. Format yyyy-mm-dd.
Limit Results
Here you can limit the amount of results. Default is 25.
Filter by Batch No
Here you can limit the results to a particular batch number.


Once you have clicked "Filter Results" it will list the various batches and the associated documents (with their statuses).

The Batch Actions button will provide you with the following options:

Reprint Whole Batch
This will reset the printed status of all documents in that batch and print them on the next batch. Please Note - that a new batch number will be given to this batch.
Reprint Outstanding
This will reset the printed status of outstanding documents in that batch and print them on the next batch. Please Note that a new batch number will be given to this batch.
List Delivery Notes
This button will take you to the Delivery Monitor and list all documents on that batch.
myHermes Export
This button will provide you with a CSV file which you can then import in to your myHermes portal to produce labels.
