Locations

In This Section

This section will cover creating a new location, viewing, editing and deleting existing locations.

Creating New Locations

Description
Enter here the name of the new location.

Active
Select if you would like the unit to be Active by ticking the Active Buttonbox. Tick Tick Button for Yes or leave blank Blank Button for No.

Default
Select if you would like the unit to be Default, by ticking the Default Buttonbox. Tick Tick Button for Yes or leave blank Blank Button for No.

Once details have been correctly input press the Create it Button button to create the new unit of measurement.

Searching For Locations

Search for the existing location by entering the description or name of the location in the search bar.
Once you begin typing results will automatically appear.
Results can be ordered by Description, Active status, Default status, number of Bins, number of Batches and Action.

Edit

Press the Edit Button button to edit details of the existing unit of measurement.

Description
Enter here the updated location description or name.

Active
Select if you would like the unit to be Active by ticking the Active Buttonbox. Tick Tick Button for Yes or leave blank Blank Button for No.

Default
Select if you would like the unit to be Default, by ticking the Default Buttonbox. Tick Tick Button for Yes or leave blank Blank Button for No.

Once details have been correctly modified press the Modify it Button button to save changes.

Delete

Press the delete Delete Button button, to delete an existing location.
This function may not be available if the location cannot be deleted.
