In This Section

In this Section, you can Create and Edit groups.

List Groups

The default view is the listing of all groups.

Create New Group (and Edit existing one)

Group Name
Assign a name to this group, please note - if this is a public group, then this name will be displayed on the website to the customer.
Active
Set this to "Green" to make it active.
Publicly Available
Set this to "Green" to make it available to the public.
Footer Company Name
If not set manually on the outbound emails, this will be used.
Footer Address
If not set manually on the outbound emails, this will be used.
Footer Company ID
If not set manually on the outbound emails, this will be used.
Footer Email Signature
If not set manually on the outbound emails, this will be used.
From Name
This is the "From Name" used when sending emails. The best practice is to use your Company Name.
From Email Address
This is the "From Email Address" used when sending the emails.
Associated to Site
Assign to a site if you wish for it to be displayed for customers to use.

Mail Server Details

Mail Hostname
Enter the SMTP address of the mail server here.
Mail Port
Enter the SMTP Port of the mail server here.
Mail Username
Enter the SMTP Username for the mail server here.
Mail Password
Enter the SMTP Password for the mail server here.
Mail Secure Code
Options are either blank, tls or ssl.
once complete select the Create it button

Group Subscribers (S button)

This option will take you to the list of subscribers associated with this group.

Group Campaigns (C button)

This option will take you to the list of campaigns associated with this group.

Delete Group (D button)

This option will delete the entire group, its campaigns and its subscribers.
