In This Section

In this section, you will be able to see what items are booked in and view orders.

Depending on the type of order, some of the options may not display.

Book In
This allows you to book in the current purchase order.
View PDF
This allows you to download a PDF version of the current purchase order.
Download CSV
This allows you to download a CSV version of the current purchase order.
Actions
The "D" button here will cancel the associated Purchase Order line, and reset any Sales Order lines for re-purchasing.
Files Relating to this Purchase Order
All files associated with this Purchase Order will be displayed here, and can be downloaded if required.
Goods In History
This section allows you to see the various Goods In actions and view a PDF of what was receipted at that point.
