For Manufacturing Systems, this section is referred to as "NCRs".

From here you have the following options:

Lookup by Case ID

If you know the Case/NCR ID reference, enter it here and click "Go".

Show Cases For

To show a specific user / department Cases/NCRs, select the appropriate option and click "Go".

Show Cases with Priority

To show the Cases in the relevant Priority sector stated.

Type Filter

Cases I Have Raised

Click this button to show the cases you have personally raised.

Show Closed Cases

Click this button to show closed cases for the current criteria (it may take a while to load!).

Cases I Am Following

Click this button to show the cases you are following.

Case Listing

Select All
This option selects all Cases/NCRs in the current list.
Assign Selected Cases To
To assign selected cases to a particular operator, select them here and click "Assign Cases".
Change the Status of Selected Cases
To change the status of selected Cases/NCRs, select it here and click "Change Status".
Change the Priority of Selected Cases
To change the Priority of selected Cases/NCRs, select it here and click "Change Priority".
