For Manufacturing systems, this will be referred to as "Create NCR".

Search by Customer

Search for the Customers Company or Contact Name in the search bar.

Search by Order No

Search by the Order Number, if you do not know (or cannot find) the customer on the system.

Case Title / Subject

A very brief overview of the Case/NCR used for emails/etc.

Details of Issue

A brief (or detailed if you prefer) overview of the Case/NCR being created.

Priority

Set the priority of the Case/NCR here.

Send Customer Initial Case Report

Set this to green to send the customer the case report VIA email once you have created it.
