Daily Order Report

This page will cover how to view daily order reports on Spitfire.
To arrive on the correct page, press the Sales Orders heading, and then select the Daily Order Report tab.

Search

To search for a daily order report, for any day, select the date from the pop-up calendar. You also have the option to search by Day (format yyyy-mm-dd), Month (format yyyy-mm) or Year (yyyy) - you will need to ignore the calendar pop-up if you wish to report by Month or Year.
Once you have selected the correct date press the button to run the report.

Results

The results will have the following information given: Total Orders, Total Value(Ex Vat), Total Delivery Charge(Ex Vat), Total Discount(Ex VAT), Grand Total(Ex VAT), Gross Profit(Ex VAT), Source, Commission(Ex VAT), and Net Profit(Ex VAT).
