Export Supplier Stock

This section will cover how to export supplier stock to CSV and download as an Excel file.

Export Stock To CSV

To export stock to CSV file you will have to select which stock files you would like to include.

Include
Under the include heading you will have the option to include each stock file.
For Yes select Green or for No select Red.

Filter
Some stock files will have the option to filter results. Select the appropriate option from the drop-down menu.

'Filed Name
This will display the field name of the stock file.

Details
This will display the details of the stock file.

Format/Value
This will display the format or value associated with the stock file.

Max Length
This will display the maximum length of the CSV file.

Generate CSV File
At the bottom of the page, press the button to generate CSV file.

Download CSV File

At the top of the page, press the button to download the CSV file as an Excel file.
