Deliveries

In This Section

This is where you will be able to view and edit any deliveries using the delivery number or order number that was given at the time of ordering.

This will provide you with all the information on each order.

Invoice To
This will provide you and the Customer with the name and address of who is being Invoiced.

Deliver To
This will provide you and the Customer with the name and address of where the order is being delivered to.

Delivery Number
This is the Delivery Number that Spitfire will internally produce for each order.

Order Number
This is the Order Number that Spitfire will internally produce for each order.

Customer PO Reference
If the order is for a Business and they provide you with a Purchase Order Reference, this is where it will be stated.

Order Date
This is the date the Order was originally placed.

Customer ID
This is the Customers Account Number, so their account can be easily located on the System.

Courier
This will state the Delivery Service that has been selected for the Order.

Generated
This is the date when the Order was Generated onto the System.

Printed
This is the date when the Order was printed out.

Weight
This is where the weight of the Order is stated.

Cancelled
This will state if the Order has been cancelled or not.

Cancelled By
If the Order was Cancelled, this would state Who cancelled the order.

Cancel Reason
This will state the reason for the cancellation of the order.

Stock Reference / Description
This will state the SKU and Description of the item(s) that have been ordered.

Quantity
This will state how many of each item has been ordered.

Bin
This will state where the item is in the Bin Location.

To Follow
This will state if any items are on Back Order and will follow at a later date.

Parcel Number
This will state how many parcels the order has gone out in.

Scanned
This will state the date the Order was scanned.

Packed By
This will state who Packed the order before Dispatch.

Expected Delivery
This is when Delivery will be expected to the customer.

Carrier
This is the Delivery Service that has been selected when placing the order.

Tracking Number
This will state the Tracking Number(s) of the parcel(s).

Tracking URL
This is a link that will take you to the Tracking details when the order has been dispatched.

Cost
This is how much the Delivery Charge is.

Last Tracking Event
This will provide you with any details of any previous Tracking Events.

Notes
If any Delivery Notes have been added, they will be stated here.
