In This Section

This section lists all of the customer's transactions within the system for the last 3 months,(click "Show Items Older Than 3 Months" to show everything).

You can tick the box in the "Re-Send Document" column, coupled with the "Re-Send Documents" button to send the customer copy documents.

There are also buttons to "Return to Customer Details", "View Statement as PDF" and "P" buttons next to each document to view the document as a PDF.
