Pages

From here you can setup bespoke pages, the various options available are:

Details Tab

  1. Page Active
    • Green for Active, Red will display a "404 Not Found" message.
  2. Page Name
    • Page Name/Title which is displayed on the main site.
  3. Page Meta Description
    • Used in the meta section for search engines / social media sites.
  4. Page Meta Keywords
    • Used in the meta section for search engines / social media sites.
  5. Page Meta Title
    • Used in the meta section for search engines / social media sites, and also in browsers instead of the "Page Name".
  6. Page Type
    • For the most part, you will pretty much select "Text / General".

Template Tab

Page Template

  • For the most part, you will pretty much select "blank.inc.php" or a customised version of "blank.inc.php" near the bottom.

Default Site Colour

  • Unless advised otherwise, it's best to leave this as "Use Site Default".

Content Tab

  1. Page Content
    • You can use HTML here.
  2. Show Page in Footer Links
    • Green to display, red to hide. By default, pages are displayed.
  3. Show Page in Header Bar
    • Green to display, red to hide. By default, pages are not displayed in the menu.

The following settings are fairly bespoke, and may not be relevant to your template or site, only use them if you have been advised it is setup and working. Although there is no harm is setting them up, because if they aren't relevant to your template, they just won't do anything at all.

  7. Only show new products under this value
  8. Only show products with images

Credit Control Tab

If you are using the "Credit Control" template then these options are available to change the names of the fields or headers. The first column is the Default option which will be used if you make the second column blank.

  2. Delete (deletes the page and any associated URLs)
