This will allow you to create "canned responses" that can be chosen when replying to a Case or sent in an auto response.

Response Name

This is where you put the title of the response.

Attachment

You can add any attachments if needed for that response.

Active

Select Yes to make Active in the list of responses.

Action

This is where the Blue Edit Button and the Red Delete Button are to edit/delete any responses.
