In This Section
This is where you will be able to respond to any cases, and if you need to attach any documents.
You can also here create, "canned responses" that can be chosen when replying to a case or sending in an automatic response.
Response Name
This is where you can put the title of the response.
Attachment
You can add any attachments if needed for that response.
Active
Select Yes to make Active in the list of responses.
