This section will cover how to run and download direct returns reports.

Search For Direct Returns Reports

To search for a specific returns report, you can apply a number of filters.

Group Results By
Select here the appropriate grouping from the drop-down menu. If you do not want to group your results, leave as Do Not Group Results or leave blank.

Filter Results By
Enter here the SKU you would like to filter by. Leave blank if you do not want to filter by a specific SKU.

Return Raised From
Enter here the date you would like to filter results from. Enter this date in the format YYYY-MM-DD.

Return Raised To
Enter here the date you would like to filter results to. Enter this date in the format YYYY-MM-DD.

Return Status
Select here the return status you would like to filter by, by selecting the from the drop-down menu.

Supplier
Select here the supplier you would like to filter by, by selecting from the drop-down menu.

Return Reason
Select here the return reason you would like to filter by, by selecting from the drop-down menu.

Return Type
Select here the return type you would like to filter by, by selecting from the drop-down menu.

Return Action
Select here the return action you would like to filter by, by selecting from the drop-down menu.

Stock Action
Select here the stock action you would like to filter by selecting from the drop-down menu.

Press the button to run the report.

Download Direct Returns Reports

To download the direct return reports, that have been filtered by the specified filters above, press the button.
The report will be downloaded as an Excel file.
