Discontinued Lines

This page will provide an overview of the Discontinued Order Lines List on Spitfire, and how to download the report as an Excel file.
Viewing Discontinued Order Lines List
To arrive on the correct page, press the Sales Order heading on Spitfire, then select the Discontinued Lines heading.
This will redirect you to the Discontinued Order Lines List where the following information will be displayed:
You will find a search bar in the top right-hand corner of the page, where you can search by SKU or product name.
SKU
This will display the SKU associated with the discontinued product. If you click on the SKU, you will be redirected to the Modify Stock Record page, for that item. Please click here to be taken to the Modify Stock Record page where relevant instructions will be given.
Name
This will give a brief description of the item of stock.
Total Lines
This will display how many lines of that SKU are on a discontinued ordered list. Clicking this will redirect you to the Sales Order Management page, for that item. Please click here to be taken to the List Order page where relevant instructions will be given.
Total Quantity Outstanding
This will display the number of items that are outstanding.
In Stock Qty
This will display the number of items currently in stock, for that SKU.
Allocated Qty
This will display the number of items currently allocated to the order, for that SKU.
On Order Qty
This will display the number of items currently on order, for that SKU.
Supplier Pricelist Entries
This will display the number of supplier price list entries there is for that SKU.
Supplier Stock
This will display the amount of supplier stock for that SKU.
Download
To download the discontinued order lines list as an Excel file, press the 
button at the top of the page to start the download.
