Discount Maintenance

In This Section

This is where you will be able to set up and apply discounts to customers accounts.

When setting up a Discount Code (or looking at existing ones), please header over to "Sales Orders" -> "Discount Maintenance".

Applies to Site
This is automatically applied to all sites and back office.

Discount Code
This is where you enter the discount code.

Apply % Off
This is where you can enter a percentage off.

Apply value Off (Ex VAT)
This will apply this value off.

Valid From (00:00:00)
This is a valid from date yyyy-mm-dd.

Valid To (23:59:59)
This is a valid to date yyyy-mm-dd.

Applies to Customer
This is the name of the customer the discount is for.

Voucher Name
This is the name of the voucher you want to use.

Applies to Full Site
Tick this box if you want the voucher to be applied across the full site.

Max Uses (Overall) (set to 0 for no limit)
This is means you can use the voucher x amount of times stated.

Max Uses (per Customer)(set to 0 for no limit)
This is means you can use the voucher x amount of times stated.

Applies to Trade Customers
Tick this box if the discount applies to trade customers.

Applies to these Manufacturers Only
Use the drop-down menus to select the corresponding tab.

Minimum Order
This is a minimum amount that discount can be applied to.

Cheapest Free
If you want the cheapest item to be free, tick this box.

Purchase x Products
You have to purchase this many products to get a discount.

FOC Stock Item
If you purchase a product you can get x product free.
