This section will cover how to add a new feed layout and how to edit existing feed layouts.

Add New Feed Layout

To add a new feed layout, press the button.

Layout Name
Enter here the name of the layout that you would like to create.

File Delimiter
Enter here the file delimiter of the layout that you would like to create.

Supplier Reference Column
Enter here the supplier reference of the layout that you would like to create.

Supplier Location Column
Enter here the supplier location of the layout that you would like to create.

Default Location
Enter here the default location of the layout that you would like to create, if blank or non-existent.

Stock Level Column
Enter here the stock level of the layout that you would like to create.

SKU
Enter here the SKU of the layout that you would like to create.

Due Date Column
Enter here the due date of the layout that you would like to create.

Lead Time Column
Enter here the lead time of the layout that you would like to create.

Stock Name Column
Enter here the stock name of the layout that you would like to create.

Stock Condition Column
Enter here the stock condition of the layout that you would like to create.

Default Stock Condition
Enter here the default stock condition of the layout that you would like to create, if blank or non-existent.

Image URL Column
Enter here the image URL of the layout you would like to create.

Stock Category Column
Enter here the stock category of the layout that you would like to create.

Manufacturer Column
Enter here the manufacturer of the layout that you would like to create.

Stock details Column
Enter here the stock details of the layout that you would like to create.

Specification Column
Enter here the specification of the layout that you would like to create.

Barcode Column
Enter here the barcode of the layout that you would like to create.

Cost Column
Enter here the cost of the layout that you would like to create.

Description Column
Enter here the description of the layout that you would like to create.

Short Description Column
Enter here the short description of the layout that you would like to create.

RRP Column
Enter here the RRP of the layout that you would like to create.

Selling Price Column
Enter here the selling price of the layout that you would like to create.

VAT ID Column
Enter here the VAT-ID of the layout that you would like to create.

Default VAT ID
Enter here the default VAT ID of the layout that you would like to create, if blank or non-existent.

VAT Rate Column
Enter here the VAT rate of the layout that you would like to create.

Default VAT Rate
Enter here the default VAT rate of the layout that you would like to create.

Manufacturers/OEM SKU Column
Enter here the manufacturers/OEM SKU of the layout that you would like to create.

Weight Column
Enter here the weight of the layout that you would like to create.

Pack Size Column
Enter here the pack size of the layout that you would like to create.

Boss Code Column
Enter here the box code of the layout you would like to create.

System File
Enter here the system file of the layout you would like to create if provided by support.

Once all relevant details have been input correctly, press the button to create a new feed layout.

Edit Existing Feed Layouts

The option to edit existing feed layouts will appear as soon as you click the Feed Layouts option.
Press the button to edit an existing feed layout.

Layout Name
Enter here if you are updating the layout name.

File Delimiter
Enter here if you are updating the file delimiter of the layout.

Supplier Reference
Enter here if you are updating the supplier reference of the layout.

Supplier Location
Enter here if you are updating the supplier location of the layout.

Default Location
Enter here if you are updating the default location of the layout, if blank or non-existent.

Stock Level Column
Enter here if you are updating the stock level of the layout.

SKU Column
Enter here if you are updating the SKU of the layout.

Due Date Column
Enter here if you are updating the due date of the layout.

Lead Time Column
Enter here if you are updating the lead time of the layout.

Stock Name Column
Enter here if you are updating the stock name of the layout.

Stock Condition Column
Enter here if you are updating the stock condition of the layout.

Default Stock Condition
Enter here if you are updating the default stock condition of the layout.

Image URL Column
Enter here if you are updating the image URL of the layout.

Stock category Column
Enter here if you are updating the stock category of the layout.

Manufacturer Column
Enter here if you are updating the manufacturer of the layout.

Stock Details Column
Enter here if you are updating the stock details of the layout.

Specification Column
Enter here if you are updating the specification of the layout.

Barcode Column
Enter here if you are updating the barcode of the layout.

Cost Column
Enter here if you are updating the cost of the layout.

Description Column
Enter here if you are updating the description of the layout.

Short Description
Enter here if you are updating the short description of the layout.

RRP Column
Enter here if you are updating the RRP of the layout.

Selling Price Column
Enter here if you are updating the selling price of the layout.

VAT ID Column
Enter here if you are updating the VAT-ID of the layout.

Default VAT ID
Enter here if you are updating the default VAT ID of the layout, if blank or non-existent.

VAT Rate Column
Enter here if you are updating the VAT rate of the layout.

Default VAT Rate
Enter here if you are updating the default VAT rate of the layout, if blank or non-existent.

Manufacturers/OEM SKU Column
Enter here if you are updating the manufactures/OEM SKU of the layout.

Weight Column
Enter here if you are updating the weight of the layout.

Pack Size Column
Enter here if you are updating the pack size of the layout.

Boss Code Column
Enter here if you are updating the boss code of the layout.

System File
Enter here if you are updating the system file of the layout. Leave blank unless provided by support.

Once details have been correctly modified, press the button to save changes.
