Part-Ship Orders

This page will cover how to search for part-ship orders on Spitfire. To arrive on the correct page, select the Sales Order heading, then press the Part-Ship Orders tab.
Search
To search for part-ship orders you can apply a number of filters to narrow the search results.
Ordered From
Enter here the date that you would like to search from. Enter this in the format of YYYY-MM-DD.
Ordered To
Enter here the date that you would like to search to. Enter this in the format of YYYY-MM-DD.
Order Group
Select the order group you would like to filter by, by selecting from the drop-down menu.
Product Group
Select here the product group that you would like to filter by, by selecting from the drop-down menu.
Filter by Stock Reference
Enter in the search bar the stock reference you would like to search by.
Show Orders With Allocations Only
Select Yes to show orders with allocations only, alternatively select All orders.
Show Orders Already Set As Part-Ship
Tick 
for yes, or leave blank 
for no.
Once you are happy with the filters, press the 
button to generate search results.
Results
The results will display the following information:
Order Number
This will display the order number associated with the part-ship order. By pressing the order number button, you will be redirected to the Sales Order Management page in Spitfire. Please click here to be taken to the Create / Edit Sales Orders page where the relevant instructions will be.
Customer
This will display the customer name associated with the part-ship order.
Order Group
This will display the order group associated with the part-ship order.
Order Date
This will display the date that the order was created. This will be given in the format of YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS.
Order Status
This will display the status of the part-ship order.
Part-Ship Status
This will display the part ship status of the order.
Allocation Status
This will display the allocation status of the order.
Part-Ship Order(All)
Tick for yes, or leave blank for no.
Press the 
button to allow permission to part-ship the orders that have been selected by a Tick described in the previous section.
