This section will explain, how to create a new stock group on Spitfire.

Create New Group
This is where you can assign a name to this group, please note - if this is a public group, then this name will be displayed on the website to the customer.

Active
Tick for Yes or leave blank for No. If the customer is going to be active on the Spitfire system.

Base Retail Cost + £
This is what the products would cost plus a mark-up price.

Base Retail Markup %
This is what % you want to make on the orders.

Base Trade Cost + £
This is the price you get the products for.

Base Trade Markup %
This is the % you want to make from the trade groups.

Do Not Update Cost on Supplier Feed Import?

Allow Customer Discounts?
Tick for Yes or leave blank for No. If you are going to allow the customer to have a discount.

Allow Customer Category Discounts?
Tick for Yes or leave blank for No. If you are going to allow the customer to have a discount.

Sales Code
Please select from the drop-down menu the option you require.

Purchase Code
Please select from the drop-down menu the option you require.

Default Stock Action during Returns
Please select from the drop-down menu the option you require. To supplier, To stock or Dispose

Print Labels on Scanning Returns?
Tick for Yes or leave blank for No

Round to nearest whole £
Tick for Yes or leave blank for No

Default for Stock with no Group?
Tick for Yes or leave blank for No

This is a minimum retail price you can sell the products for.
