Stock Transactions

In This Section

This is where you can find a list of all the Stock Transactions from Suppliers and Customers Orders for each item.

Date/Time
This is where the date and time are stated.

Cost/Sale Value
This is where you can find out how much it cost from the Supplier and how much it is sold to the Customer.

Quantity
This is where you can see how many have been ordered.

Operator
This is where you can see who booked in the Purchase Order for each item when delivered.

Source
This is where you can see where the item has been ordered from or where the Customer is from.

Document
This is where you can see the Purchase Order Number or the Customers Order Number.

Reference
This is where you can see the Suppliers Reference Number.

Details
This is where you can see if it was Booked In or if it was an Order to a Customer.

Location
This will state where the item is located (Warehouse).

Bin
This will state the Bin Location for the item.

Batch Reference

Operator Reason
This is where the reason from the User has stated.

R/Total
