This section will list the subscribers associated with the Marketing Group selected, or all Subscribers if not set.
The 
(Edit) button will take you to edit the relevant customer contact.
The 
will delete the subscriber details (but not the customer contact).
The (Subscribe) button will Subscribe the customer to the group.
The "U" (Unsubscribe) button will Unsubscribe the customer from the group.
