This is where you will know how to do a new return edit a return and view and return.


List Returns

This section will cover how to create a new return and how to view/edit existing returns.

Create New Return

Press the Create new return Button button to create a new return and you will be redirected to the Returns Management page.

Original Order No
Enter here the original order number of the return that you would like to create.

Customer
This will display the customer name.

Replacement Order No
Enter here the replacement order number.

Re-stocking Fee
Enter here the re-stocking fee, including VAT. This should be recorded in your specified currency, to two decimal places.

Private Comments
Enter here the private comments associated with the return. If this raises a Courier Claim, these comments will be put on the claims spreadsheet.

Public Comments
Enter here the public comments associated with the return. These comments will appear on any replacement documentation to the customer.

Valid Until
Enter here the date the return will be valid until.

Return Status
This will display the return status of the order.

Return Statements
Depending on the reasons for the return, you will need to confirm one or more of the following options, not all statements will apply to all returns. Confirm the relevant statements by ticking the box. Tick Tick Button to confirm all appropriate statements.

Once details have been input correctly, press the Create return Button button to create the return.

Search For Existing Returns

Once you arrive on the Returns Management page, you will be able to search for existing returns, according to a number of filters.

Return Status
Select the appropriate return status from the drop-down menu.

Customer Lookup
Enter here the customer details you would like to lookup.

Email Address
Enter here the email address associated with the return that you would like to search for.

Raised By
If you would like to search according to who has raised the return, select the appropriate option from the drop-down menu.

Return ID
Enter here the return ID you would like to search by.

Order No Lookup
Enter here the order number you would like to search by.

Delivery Postal Code
Enter here the original delivery postal code, associated with the return you would like to search by.

Created From
Enter here the date that the return was created from that you would like to filter by.

Press the Search returns Button button to search according to the filters specified above.

Details

Once you have searched for returns according to the specified filters, the following details will be provided for the relevant returns: Return ID, Original Order ID, Replacement Order, Customer Name, Date Created, Order Value, Return Value, Status Raided By and Action.

Edit

Press the Edit blue Button button under the actions heading to be redirected to the Returns Management page. The following details will be provided:

Original Order No
This will display the original order number for the return that has been created.

Replacement Order No
This will display the order number for the replacement order if a replacement order has been created. If not, None Created will be shown.

Private Comments
This will display any private comments associated with the return.

Phone Number
This will display the phone number associated with the return address.

Valid Until
This will display the date that the return is valid. This will be given in the format of YYYY-MM-DD.

Email Address
This will display the email address associated with the return.

Return Created
This will display the date at which the return was created. This will be given in the format of YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS.

Last Updated
This will display the date at which the return was last updated. This will be given in the format of YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS.

Fault Reason
This will display the reason as to why the return was created.

Refund Delivery Value
This will display the refund delivery value, inclusive of VAT. This will be given in your specified currency, to four decimal places.

Total Refund Value
This will display the total refund value, inclusive of VAT. This will be given in your specified currency, to four decimal places.

Customer
This will display the customer that the return is associated with.

Re-Stocking Fee
This will display the re-stocking fee, inclusive of VAT. This will be given in your specified currency, to two decimal places.

Public Comments
This will display any public comments associated with the return.

Address
This will display the return address associated with the return.

Return Status
This will display the return status.

Return ID
This will display the return ID.

Created By
This will display the operator's name who created the return.

Return Date
This will display the date that the return was accepted. This will be given in the format of YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS.

DOR Reason
This will display the DOR reason associated with the return, if applicable.

Full Order Value
This will display the full order value, inclusive of VAT. This will be given in your specified currency, to four decimal places.

Refund Discount Value
This will display the refund discount value, inclusive of VAT. This will be given in your specified currency, to four decimal places.

Total Exchange Value
This will display the total exchange value, inclusive of VAT. This will be given in your specified currency, to four decimal places.

SKU/Name
This will display the SKU or name of the stock record associated with the return.

Qty Ordered
This will display the quantity ordered, of specified SKU on the original order.

Qty to Return
This will display the quantity of SKU's returned.

Line Value
This will display the line value associated with the return, inclusive of VAT. This will be given in your specified currency, to hour decimal places.

Refund Value
This will display the total value of the refund, inclusive of VAT. This will be given in your specified currency, to four decimal places.

Reason
This will display the reason as to why the order is being returned.

Type
This will display the type of return. Eg. Exchange or refund.

Action
This will display when to action the return.

Stock Action
This will display of the appropriate action for the returned stock.

Comments
This will display any comments associated with the return.

Note that returns can only be edited if they are incomplete.

From this section you will also be able to navigate to Create/Edit Customer, Returns Management and Create New Return.

Create/Edit Customer

Pressing the Go to customer account Button button will redirect you to the Create/Edit customer page. Please click here to be taken to the Create/Edit Customer Wiki page.

Go To Returns Listing

Pressing the Go to returns listings Button button will take you back to the Returns Management page, where you will be able to create a new returns or search for existing returns. Press List Returns to be taken to the List Returns section where the relevant instructions will be.

Create New Return

Pressing the Create new retun Button button will take you to the Returns Management page, where you will be able to create a new return, as described above. Press Create New Return to be taken to the Create New Return section where the relevant instructions will be.

Create PDF of Return

Press the Red p Button button next to the relevant return to create a PDF of the return, which can be downloaded and printed.
